By using Rentera, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Role

Rentera is a software platform. We do not own, manage, or control properties, leases, or tenant relationships. Customers are solely responsible for their operations.

Rentera may generate payment links for tenants. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. Rentera does not hold funds.

Payment processing fees may be applied and may be passed to tenants depending on configuration. Customers are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding fee pass-through.

6. Subscription & Billing

Rentera is a subscription-based service. Plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

Customers are responsible for all data entered. Rentera is not responsible for:

8. Multi-Tenant Platform

Rentera operates as a shared SaaS platform. Each organization’s data is isolated, but users must not attempt to access or interfere with other organizations’ data.

9. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rentera is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, financial, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, incorrect billing outcomes, or payment disputes.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
